Choose ready-made sandwiches or cold cut platters, all served with bakery fresh breads and rolls. We provide the pickles (and paper goods), of course.

Perfect for tailgaiting and every other occasion where you need to feed a crowd. Every foot of our fresh-baked hero roll is stuffed with delicious Boar's Head cold cuts, served with Schriefer's world's best salads. Make your own or choose one of our classic combos: Italian, American, Chicken Cutlet, Vegetarian, Cold Salad, Roast Beef Supreme.

Home Cooked Hot Buffet

For business or social meetings, Schriefer's always-fresh, made to order hot buffet is the way to go for delicious, worry free food for big or small crowds. Your catering order includes piping hot chafing dishes filled with your choice of our home-cooked specialties, a garnished salad served with three dressings, and bakery fresh dinner rolls. We supply the plates, forks, spoons, knives, serving spoons, napkins and loan of chafing dishes with sternos.
